Positive feedback for the return in the presence of the International Paper Industry Exhibition, where CPS Company and Nema Automazione presented the new LA370.

Waiting for a full return to normality, the sector’s operators met at the Fair in Lucca for this first and significant occasion of live business and networking.

The contacts made at MIAC confirmed the positive feelings the Cassoli Group had even in the most difficult period of the pandemic.

In Lucca the Cassoli Group was present with CPS Company and Nema Automazione to show the result of the collaboration between the two companies: the new LA370.

Fully automatic, the LA370 wrapper guarantees excellent performance and maximum versatility.

Format changes are facilitated as much as possible, all the technical functions can be monitored and modified, and an impeccable performance is ensured even when very thin packaging materials are used.

Thanks to the LA370 it is possible to have up to 65 cycles per minute in production for perfectly stretched packaging, with very low material consumption and very high aesthetic result.

The LA370 wrapper includes the feature and parts to wrap single or double stacks of tissue napkins.

The napkins stacks are transferred from the folder into the machine infeed, which provides the transportation to the top compression and pusher zone. At the same time, wrapping material is unwound, measured, cut, and placed in the wrapping section.

The pusher transfers the stack compressed to meet the packaging material and into the wrapping drawer section. Overlap folding and sealing operations take place thanks to movable folder driven by servomotor.

The last step provides the tucking and format transfer to the sides’ end folding and sealing.

The entire process is carried out in compliance with the highest standards in terms of efficiency, reduction of consumption and emissions, to grant energy saving and to protect the environment.
